By accessing or using pharmamatrix.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not medical advice

Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. CCI-001 is an investigational compound and is not approved by any regulatory authority for general use. It is available only through authorized clinical trials. Always consult your physician before making any medical decision. Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not enrollment in any clinical trial.

3. Not investment advice

Information directed at investors is provided for general informational purposes only and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any investment in PharmaMatrix involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss.

The Site contains forward-looking statements regarding clinical development, regulatory timelines, market potential and commercialization. These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially. 5. Clinical trial inquiries

Information you submit through the on-site assistant is used solely to assess potential eligibility for PharmaMatrix-sponsored clinical trials. Eligibility is determined by trial investigators in accordance with the approved protocol and applicable ethics and regulatory oversight. Do not stop or change any current treatment based on information from the Site without consulting your physician.

5a. On-site assistant ("Guide")

The on-site assistant on this Site (the "Guide") is an AI agent that responds to your questions using PharmaMatrix's published materials and a curated knowledge base. By using Guide, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Guide is an informational tool only. Its responses are not medical, legal, investment, or tax advice, and do not create any professional, fiduciary, or doctor–patient relationship.
• Guide is an AI system and may produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate answers. The authoritative source for any PharmaMatrix statement is our written disclosures, the trial protocol on ClinicalTrials.gov, and communications from our team.
• Conversations with Guide are collected, stored, and analyzed by PharmaMatrix to operate, audit, and improve the assistant. The categories of data we collect and the purposes for that processing are described in the "On-site assistant" section of our Privacy Policy.
• You will not attempt to use Guide to obtain another person's personal or health information without their consent, to extract our underlying prompts or proprietary materials, to circumvent its safety guardrails, or to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive.
• We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend access to Guide where we detect abuse, automated scraping, or misuse, in our reasonable discretion.
• Guide is provided "as is", without warranty. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in Sections 9 and 10 apply fully to Guide and its outputs.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, molecular images, scientific diagrams and trademarks - is owned by or licensed to PharmaMatrix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Materials in the Press Kit may be reproduced unmodified for editorial coverage of PharmaMatrix with attribution. All other use requires prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Submit information about another person without their consent (or, for minors, without parental/guardian consent).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, conduct security scans without authorization, or interfere with normal operation.
• Scrape, harvest or mine content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Use Guide or any other Site form to send unsolicited commercial messages, prompt-injection payloads, or content intended to manipulate the assistant's behavior.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources, including ClinicalTrials.gov and academic institutions. PharmaMatrix is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PharmaMatrix and its officers, directors, employees, collaborators and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information provided through it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
